eyes to fall

glass crashes into the wall
and shatters
head over heels
before it falls back into itself

foam kicks-back
like a motorcycle thunder
as it slaps the air
bounces over
shifting drawbridges
that crack cliffs slowly

don’t fall
only let your eyes fall
down from the sun into the
dazzling whiteness,
with the dry crunch of grit in your mouth
under your feet
under the ledges

shiver in the water
as you see it
taste it
drink it in
from the sky.
